Since 2000, American Circuit Services (ACS) has been providing independent bare board testing services to PCB Manufacturers, Assembly Houses and PCB Brokers. We continuously strive to create strategic client alliances by consistently providing quality bare board testing service and technical support to our customers.
Our 50 years of combined experience, technical knowledge, capacity and the latest test equipments allows us to provide cost effective and dependable testing solutions from prototypes to production orders. We have the required capabilities of any bare board testing needs.
Our testing facility is located in Schaumburg, IL United States. To speak with an experienced test engineer Contact us at (847)895-0500.
PCB manufacturers often rush to get their product in shipping and sometimes they compromise testing requirements. So, PCB brokers use our testing service to add confident to their products before shipping to their customers. Some customers like to test 100% of the order to be re-tested to insure their product is good. With very inexpensive test cost relative to very expensive components it makes sense to retest the full order. Some customers like to test partial orders for example 10 percent of the total order to give them confidence that their boards are made according to their design.
As you must have faced nightmares of bare board failing after components assembled, due to compromised testing standards. We can test your boards with your standards.
Bare board testing on fixtures involves using 100 percent resistance test with netlist created from your gerber files. Testing is done on the grid testers with test fixture designed for your medium to high production orders. We have double density grids which allows very dense test areas to be tested on the fixture.
We can test from 50 Volts to 250 Volts, We can test continuity resistance at 10 Ohms and isolation resistance at 100 Mega Ohms.
Also called flying probe test which is performed by four moving probes with high accuracy and speed. Flying probe is mostly chosen for low to medium production or prototypes jobs.
On flying probe we are capable of testing from 30 Volts to 1000 Volts. We can test continuity resistance at 3 Ohms and isolation resistance at 1000 Mega Ohms.
